Fun fonts for your website

It wasn’t all that long ago that websites were severely limited in their capacity to use stylish fonts. If it wasn’t Arial, Verdana or the dreaded Comic Sans, you were pretty much out of luck.

Now, we suffer from the opposite problem; an abundance of choice. For this reason, we decided to create a list of our favorite, go-to fonts.

Of course, your needs may vary, based upon your branding; this isn’t a one-size-fit-all approach. Rather, consider it a starting point for fonts which are suitable for most projects, most of the time.

We typically use Adobe TypeKit and Google Fonts. Occasionally, we’ll also buy WOFF fonts off a marketplace like Envato Elements.

Google Fonts is free; TypeKit’s Portfolio plan is affordable at $49.99 a year.
